   Allow me.

   The sports prosecutor, Makoto Yuuki, screwed up in multiple ways throughout the whole case, but the final nail in his coffin was him insisting that the victim was going to give him 2 pieces of evidence that day.

   The problem? Miles Edgeworth has the note the victim actually wrote; the victim was going to give THREE pieces of evidence, not two! And Miles Edgeworth has the third piece; a videotape that Makoto Yuuki had attempted to hide because the murder got blood on the videotape.

    That’s why Makoto choked on it; those things are NOT digestible.

    technically the “confrontations” of here are just like cross examinations, minus the judge. Although the judge appears in the 4th case, and you can question him. =D

    if u watch the rest of these videos,
    in one of the episodes u will play in the coutroom, not like the other AA courtroom battles, but u do get to hear testimonies and scream your fair share of objections.

    u can kinda say that, but not in a court room..this is more of a investigating RPG to get the guilty verdict.
